We measure the roofline, check the fascia and where the power lands, and hand you a fixed price. No sit-down presentation, no financing pitch at the kitchen table.
Install day
Most shore homes are a single day. Channel goes up, wire runs to a hidden transformer, and the property gets cleaned up before the truck leaves.

Questions we get on every walkthrough
Can you see it during the day?
Barely. The channel is under an inch tall and gets powder-coated to match your fascia, gutter, or trim before it goes up. From the street you'd have to know it was there.
What does it do to my electric bill?
Roughly a dollar or two a month running nightly. A typical shore home draws less than a single outdoor floodlight.
Will it hold up to salt air and nor'easters?
The track is marine-grade aluminum and every diode is sealed. We install along the coast specifically, so the fasteners and sealants we use are chosen for it.
Does it damage the roof or gutters?
No. The track mounts to the fascia or under the drip edge, not through shingles. If you ever remove it, there's nothing to patch on the roof itself.
How long from estimate to install?
Two to three weeks most of the year. October through early December books out further, so if you want it on for Christmas, reach out by early October.
Do you do the back of the house too?
We can. Most people start with the front elevation and add the pool side or deck later — the system extends without redoing anything.
